Shipping Policy

Our products are made to order, and we require a minimum lead time of one week from the payment date. Please take that into consideration when ordering from us. We will ask you for your event date and contact you if any issues arise.

Our courier is DPD, and a tracking number is emailed out upon dispatch.

We try our best to be environmentally conscious and use cardboard boxes, often recycled, to ship our products, as well as plastic-free packing tape.

Return & Exchange Policy

We do not accept returns or exchanges once the items have been dispatched.

Refunds will only be issued if items were damaged during shipping and sufficient evidence is provided.
